Hello again! Yes its the 2nd week of
training and the team is 'looking gurrrd' lol...Morning mobility, core and stability exercises all before
breakfast...All the ingredients for a beach body of death!
This morning flew by on the range! Zeroing our
rifles, moving onto shooting stand targets in the prone position, in order to
establish the parameters of the sight picture needed in order to knock them
targets down inevitably improving our stand shooting...After 10mins of trial
and error in the stand position doing various 5 shot drills onto paper tagets,
we went on to doing short running combis. Finishing off the morning with a
longer running combi, 1 whole mag shoot on metal targets...All in the sun, I
love my life! :D
Meanwhile, Mat and I were doing our own thing, concentrating mainly on skate 2, skate 3'ing against the wind and free skating. Practise makes perfect ;)
