Today we started off with a great session in the gym!
Circuit training in 'Rocky's gym' isn't for the faint hearted! 4 x 8 different
stations, from tricep dips, punch bag to bench press and pressup-crunches using
TRX ropes. We spent 1min on each station, with 15 secs between to get into
position and 5 mins rest after 1 whole circuit. Haha that's gonna hurt in the
morning! ;)
