This morning having completed a 30min run ( to the beach and back) and an ab circuit we sat down, tucking into our well deserved breakfast.
This morning having completed a 30min run ( to the beach and back) and an ab circuit we sat down, tucking into our well deserved breakfast.
For the
first session we went for a 1hr 30min classic around camp, mixing no poles
phase 2 with double poling :)
In the
afternoon we all joined the bunch of merry spinners in the station gym for a
1hr, enjoyable beasting. The spinning classes are as hard as you make them, so
we obviously shone in the class, pushing ourselves to get a better workout.
Result...3 extremely sweaty boys! lol
WednesdayWild Dolphins and a seal joined us this morning on our lvl 1, 1hr 30min beach run. A great start to the day, we all got excited as they leaped out of the north sea. Show offs! :)
Wednesday afternoon we made up our own little strength endurance circuit...Squats at medium weight followed by 5mins on the rowing machine. We did this for a whole hour, tiring shizzle!
I've had fun here, but I can't wait to get out to Austria and start some serious snow training! :D
