We did 2 repetitions, classicing a huge hill and straight into ski-ganging to the top of Untersberg (Yes that's a mountain!).
Danny was struggling to keep up with the fast pace, which is understandable because he's only just come back from a knee operation. (Violins please).

We all decided to be a little bit more adventurous this lunchtime with Steve serving us Tuna, sweetcorn, mayonnaise pasta. Who knows what we'll have tomorrow?
For the 2nd session of the day we focused on our stand and prone shooting, bringing in more intense pylometric circuit combis. (pylometrics and shooting derrrr!).
The coach set up loads of various obstacles that we had to endure before we entered the range to shoot on metal targets (Ohh righhht!). Jumping over hurdles with fast, explosive, powerful movements. Another GOOD idea of the coach was to see who could jump up a hill with the least amount of steps, using poles. I recieved positive feedback on my naturally springy body, unlike my shooting. Throughout the combi’s my shooting was atrocious, inconsistent and quite honestly frustrating as hell! But hey you can’t be amazing EVERY day can you? Tomorrow is a new day and I’m sure ill be back on form :D
p.s. Hanging!
