6:30, a nice early start after having wednesday afternoon off. defiantly getting colder but its not to bad because as soon as the sun is back up over mountains it soon heats up.
We were on the range at 8:30 with loads of national athletes again which is a bit intimidating, we started off with one shot drills then repeated the same shoot but with a short run in-between each shot. We then moved onto full magazines shoots all shot on paper targets, by doing this we can see how we shoot different with a bit of a pulse.

After the range we headed over to the ski jump area to find hundreds of steps in an endless staircase running up the side of each of the 3 big ski jumps we started off with a warm up just walking up the bottom section, then straight into running.. absolute hang out, we repeated this five times changing to jumping every other, After just the first run I had a massive case of disco legs.

The afternoons session was nordic walking up the Raushberg mountain. Steve and I were sidelined due to me having a bit of trouble with my knees and steve was picking up a bit of a cold. The lads went up in 1 hour 27 mins and although it was faster than the last time (8 mins quicker) they found it comfortable to keep the pace. Luke particulary enjoyed the cable car ride back down with his personal space being invaded!
