This morning we woke up at 6:30 to do morning mobility Steve took control today. Then it was off to the range for a shooting and skating combination. We did 5 shot drills and a 1k loop and then progressed a little further round the course. I learnt today that I have to zero slightly high as when I shoot with a pulse (after skiing) my MPI drops meaning I miss targets even though I am lined up on the target correctly, a few of the other lads have to do similar things also. After lunch we went to do a lap of the Siegsdorf loop but this time we did it on classic skis for the first time. We mainly double poled round, it was a nice easy session to loosing up our legs from the hard weeks training.
Great blog guys
ReplyDeleteWhat does MPI stand for Luke?
Mean Point of Impact, it basically means it is the centre point of the group of shots.
