We woke up in the usual manner with morning mobility and a core session led by Luke. We had a bike ride in the morning so we prepped our warm kit and bikes making sure they were working OK and the tires where pumped up properly. We set off at 9.00 we were riding up the Hochfellen mountain which was steep going but we eventually got to the top to be greeted with a good view back into the valley. After we had a quick rest we headed off back down the mountain all the way back to the house in one go. We had the usual lunch of tortellini and chilled out and got ready for an afternoon of shooting and skating. We set of at 14.30 for the range we were training next to the GB team. We started with some dry shooting to work on our position and the zeroed it was a bit windy so we practiced how to shoot in the wind. We started by skating a short 200m loop around the range and going into 5 shot drills. We did this a few times then moved onto 1 kilometer laps of the biathlon course followed by alternative standing and prone shoots. It was a hard session but we get some good training in wind.
