It was not the usual training day as we only had one long session throughout the whole day. Morning mobility was still a must even though the session only began at , so we had a bit of a lie in Woo!
We set off down the range a bit early so we could prep our kit before the three hour ski, the three hours comprised of three different loops one short 1km loop, another longer one with the biggest hill included, and finailly a longer loop with two medium hills. We where alternating between the two bigger loops with one shorter 1km loop plus alternating shoots between prone and standing position. The pace was steady throughout but at the end everyone was complaining about their legs were hurting apart from mine, this was down to me starting later because of a few problems with my firing position. Everyone seemed to have a good day with good shooting results all round. Later that evening we did a 30min jog just to get rid of the lactate build up from the days skating.
