SAC Luke Tyler - Training Diary 9 November 2011
It was 7.00am when we set off for morning mobility and core strength exercises, I lead todays session. This morning we had classic time trials up the Unternburg Mountain. We did this three times and tried to keep the same pace everytime, not as easy as you think when up got Danny chasing you up to the top as our times showed. In the arfternoon we cycled to the range for shooting and after an hour of shooting with some short runs to get our heart rate up and keep us warm, we cycled up to the ski jump for a quick warm up and started running and bounding up the massive hill. For some reason Mat likes to get ahead of everyone everytime we do this. After we went did this 5 times we cycled back to the house to get rid of some of the latic build up. It was a hard day today and our legs will feel it tonight.
