This morning I’m not going to lie, I didn't do morning mobility (rebel). I had the same repetitive nightmares that kept me from my slumber, so when I woke I felt like I'd only slept 3 hours or so.
Before the 7.5k race yesterday, the team was asked to race hard from the beginning only thinking about technique. After the race however, I was told personally to simply concentrate on my tempo (obviously I was doing something wrong lol).
When we arrived at the awkwardly cambered track, everyone set off in their own little groups as usual for a nice relaxed ski.

Taking into consideration what the coach had told me, between ourselves we organised a few sprint races to finish off the cold days skiing :)
Double pole, skate 2 and skate 3 techniques were used until we got silly and started having backwards double pole and one legged skiing races fun fun fun, Also watching a handful of the Royal Logistic Corps novices falling over :D
