Yesterday morning we completed 30mins on the cross trainer, 30mins cycling and 30mins rowing. Nothing too strenuous but obviously this cardio must be working to achieve the whopping 15.8 in the bleep test, last month ;)

Thursday
evening was horrific! We were promised that we had to do 4 x 8mins of
Classicing at lvl 3 (80-85% of max heart rate). But because Grant and I were
doing so well, we had to beast out another set lol.
