Carl Pointer - Training Diary - 4/5 Oct 2012



Thursday
Yesterday morning we completed 30mins on the cross trainer, 30mins cycling and 30mins rowing. Nothing too strenuous but obviously this cardio must be working to achieve the whopping 15.8 in the bleep test, last month ;)

Thursday evening was horrific! We were promised that we had to do 4 x 8mins of Classicing at lvl 3 (80-85% of max heart rate). But because Grant and I were doing so well, we had to beast out another set lol.
 

Friday
Friday morning we did some double poling and phase 2 Classicing (arms only) at lvl 1, switching between the 2 every 10mins for a total time of 2hrs
Both grant and I couldn't wait to just beast out our 1hr squatting session, so we completed it straight after lunch. Leaving us plenty of time to do any last minute packing for the First Aid Course, we are to attend in Edinburgh at the weekend, yey! :)
